The half round that’s still full of adventure
The Half Round links up 6 Derbyshire Wildlife Trust nature reserves over approximately 50- 55km route with 1600m ascent. Giving you a great taste of both the Dark and White Peak District landscape and to tempt you to step up to the Full Round!
The round can be completed in one outing or in sections over consecutive days – there are a number of places to stay along the route.
The route conveniently passes through several towns and villages which will enable you to stock up on supplies as you go around including; Bakewell, Eyam, Hope, Bradwell and Tideswell.

Recommended route
As long as all 6 reserves are visited and you start / finish from the Inov8 Shop, Kings Street, Bakewell, you are free to choose your own route. We have provided a route below as an illustration to show how you might link them.
